Rishu Yadav
An international educator and innovation consultant dedicated to equipping students with the mindsets needed for a sustainable future. With over 15 years of experience across Sweden, Denmark and India, Rishu has mentored thousands of students in the transformative methodologies of Design Thinking and Creative Leadership.
Eric Classo
Eric is a contemporary artist from Pune whose abstract work draws on nature and spirituality. After years in the corporate world leading marketing and sales operations, he chose to follow his creative calling — sustaining a disciplined practice of learning and refining his craft. That dedication has carried his work far: his pieces hang in the homes of film directors and collectors across India, Europe and the USA, and his large-scale murals feature throughout Pune and Mumbai. Today Eric is a driving force in bringing creativity, art and skill development to young people.
A legacy of excellence
Raised and educated in Sweden, Rishu's early career combined high-performance athletics with academic rigour. A National Champion at Collin College in the USA and a graduate of the world-renowned Hyper Island, he transitioned from a career as an innovation consultant for global corporates to a mission-driven path in the education sector.
From corporate to classroom
As an Innovation Consultant for the Stockholm agency Fantastic Studios, Rishu designed high-impact learning experiences for global corporations. Recognising that the tools of innovation are most potent when taught early, he shifted his focus to education — developing Design Thinking curricula for organisations such as The Good Talents and Method Kit.

Rishu's work is deeply aligned with India's NEP 2020, which advocates integrating essential contemporary subjects into the modern curriculum. His workshops go beyond traditional academics.

A vision for India
In 2019, driven by a mission to address the evolving needs of the Indian education system, Rishu relocated to India. Despite the challenges of the global lockdown, he successfully launched online programmes for MIT (Maharashtra Institute of Technology), Pune.
For four years he taught Design Thinking for their PG programme in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and their Design Management Masters. Today, his focus is on bringing these world-class, dynamic workshops to Indian schools — helping students unlock their creative potential and build a future that is both innovative and nature-centric.
